This article explains how to create an outbound email from an interaction in App.
Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the email tab.
2. Click into the To field.
3. Enter the recipient(s) email address(es); if sending multiple emails, separate each address only by a single comma.
4. Optional: Carbon copy a recipient.
a. Click the CC button located within the To field.
b. Click into the CC field.
c. Enter the email address to carbon copy.
5. Optional: Blind carbon copy a recipient.
a. Click the BCC button located within the To field.
b. Click into the BCC field.
c. Enter the email address to blind carbon copy.
6. Click into the Subject field.
7. Write your email or select an email template.
a. Select an email template:
i. Open the Email Templates menu.
ii. Select the template to use.
Note: The template populates in the message body.
8. Optional: Add an attachment to the email.
a. Click the attach file button.
b. Select the file to attach from your computer's files.
12. Click Send.
