Create a call from an interaction
(Edify App)

This article explains how to create a call from an interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. Enter the customer’s phone number into the Phone field.

• The number will auto-populate if it’s a text interaction.

2. Click the Call button to initiate an outbound phone call to the customer.
