Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Accept a callback interaction (Edify App)
This article explains how to accept a callback interaction in Edify App.

In Edify App, open the Queue workspace.
2. Ensure your Queue Status is set to Start Receiving Interactions and your User Status is set to Available.
3. Click Accept.
Note: Look at the Subject field to determine that it is a callback interaction.
