Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Modify the audio settings on an interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to modify the audio settings on an interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the customer details tab.

2. Navigate to the interaction controls.

3. Open the audio settings menu.

4. Select the applicable microphone and/or speaker setting.

5. Proceed with the voice interaction.
