Modify the notes of a completed interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to modify the notes of a completed interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. From a completed interaction, click the edit button.

2. Click into the Notes field.

3. Enter the updated notes regarding the interaction in the field.

4. Click the edit button to save changes.
