App > Queue > Interactions > Open a callback interaction (App)
This article explains how to open a callback interaction in App.
Follow this process when your user status is Busy (orange) or Away (red) and you want to manually accept a callback interaction.
1. In App, select Q.
2. Click on the Queues drop-down menu, then select Home.
3. Select the callback interaction from the list.
Look for the word “callback” on the left side of the interaction.
4. (Optional) Click the Crown icon to claim the interaction.
Claiming the interaction prompts an outbound call to the customer.
