Open a callback interaction

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Open a callback interaction (Edify App)
This article explains how to open a callback interaction in Edify App.
Follow this process when your user status is Busy (orange) or Away (red) and you want to manually accept a callback interaction.

1. In Edify App, select Q.
2. Click on the Queues drop-down menu, then select Home.
3. Select the callback interaction from the list.
Look for the word “callback” on the left side of the interaction.
4. (Optional) Click the Crown icon to claim the interaction.
Claiming the interaction prompts an outbound call to the customer.
