Open a callback interaction

Edify App > Queue > Interactions > Open a callback interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to open a callback interaction in Edify App.

Follow this process when your queue status is set to “Stop Receiving Interactions” and you want to manually accept a callback interaction.

Steps

1. In Edify App, open the Queue workspace.

2. Open the Queues drop-down menu.

3. Select Home.

4. Review the interactions list for Open status callback interactions.

5. Select the interaction from the list.

Note: Your phone immediately starts ringing and opens the customer interaction workspace.
