Open a callback interaction
(Edify App)

This article explains how to open a callback interaction in Edify App. 

Follow this process when your user status is Busy (orange) or Away (red) and you want to manually accept a callback interaction.

Steps

1. In Edify App, select Q.

2. Click on the Queues drop-down menu, then select Home.

3. Select the callback interaction from the list.

• Look for the word “callback” on the left side of the interaction.

4. (Optional) Click the Crown icon to claim the interaction. 

• Claiming the interaction prompts an outbound call to the customer.
