App > Queue > Interactions > Open a voicemail interaction (App)
This article explains how to open a voicemail interaction in App.
Follow this process when your user status is Busy (orange) or Away (red) and you want to manually accept a voicemail interaction.
1. From App, open the Queue workspace.
2. Click on the Queues drop-down menu, then select Home.
3. Select the voicemail interaction from the list.
Look for the word “voicemail” on the left side of the interaction.
4. (Optional) Click the Crown icon to claim the interaction.
