Reply to an email chain from an interaction
(Edify App)

This article explains how to reply to an email chain from an interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. From an active interaction, click the email tab.

2. Navigate to the active email chain to review the message.

3. Select how to respond to the message, click either reply (left pointing arrow), reply all (double left pointing arrow), or forward (right pointing arrow).

4. Fill out the email and click Send.
