This article explains how to enable or disable the user's permission to be able to set a custom reason.
Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
Navigate to Account > Users.
3. Click on the user whose custom status permission you want tto enable or disable.
4. Scroll down to the Status container.
5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Status container.
6. Click the Custom Reason toggle to enable or disable the user's ability to make a custom status.
Enabled - Green
Disabled - Red
7. Click Save or click the x button in the top-right corner to cancel.
