Overview

The status container is where admins configure user status settings for users. This lets you control what prompts a User Status change in Edify App. You can also use this container to select whether or not a user can make their own custom status reason, which displays next to the status type box.

Most of the settings in this container are only configurable by an admin in Edify Console, except the Status Routing settings. These are also configurable by the user in the user’s profile in Edify App (Settings > Edit Profile > Call Settings > Voice container).

In Edify Console, navigate to Account > Users > [User] > Status container.
