Create an outbound task in Queue (Edify App)

This article explains how to create an outbound task in Queue in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Queue workspace.

3. Open the Queue menu.

4. Select Home.

5. Open the outbound queue menu.

6. Select the queue you want to create the interaction from.

7. Open the interaction type menu.

8. Select Task.

9. Click the create interaction button.

10. Proceed with the interaction as usual.
