Stop listening to a call while viewing an interaction (Edify App)

This article explains how to stop listening to a call while viewing an interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. Click the Leave call button to stop listening to the call.

2. After clicking the Leave call button, you will be removed from the phone call. However, you will still be viewing the interaction, so you’ll still be able to join the call again if needed, send a private message, read the transcription of the call while you view other interactions, or complete other monitoring tasks.
