Modify or enable/disable a reason (Console)
Console > Account > Away Reasons > Enable or disable a reason (Console)
This article explains how to modify or enable/disable a status reason in Console.
Note: To change the name of a reason, disable the old reason and create a new reason to replace it.
Steps
1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
3. Select the reason you’d like to modify, enable or disable.
4. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
5. At this point, you can choose to either:
Reason Enabled/Disabled toggle: Toggle whether the reason is enabled or disabled.
Enabled (green): When this toggle is enabled, the reason is active and available in the user status reason list in App.
Disabled (red): When this toggle is disabled, the reason can’t be selected.
Include in Reporting toggle: Toggle whether the reason appears in user status reports.
Enabled (green): When this toggle is enabled, the reason will be available in user status reports.
Disabled (red): When this toggle is disabled, the reason will not be available in user status reports.
6. Click Save or click the x button in the top-right corner to cancel.
