Create a ring group (Console)

This article explains how to create a ring group in Console.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Ring Groups.

3. Click the New Ring Group button in the top-right corner of the screen.

4. Provide a name and a phone number extension for the ring group in the Create Ring Group window.

5. Click Save to create the ring group.

• After you click the Save button, the system will redirect you to the ring group's configuration page.
