Favorite or unfavorite a channel in Chat (App)

This article explains how to favorite or unfavorite a channel in Chat (App).

Channel favorites allow users to group specific channels and direct messages at the top of the Channel list in a group called Favorites.

Favorite a channel

1. Hover over the channel or direct message you want to favorite.

2. Click the tri dot icon to the right of the name.

3. Select Favorite from the quick action menu.

Unfavorite a channel

1. Hover over the channel or direct message you want to unfavorite.

2. Click the tri dot icon to the right of the name.

3. Select Unfavorite from the quick action menu.
